How exactly does Online Coaching WOrk?

Online coaching is like having a coach with you in your pocket! With in person training, you only have access to your coach during the session and it usually gets busy with a structured program. Online allows you to have messaging, scheduling calls, and access to your app to view your dashboard for your daily task and nutrition tracking. All your workouts are already scheduled and you have some flexibility of when you workout for the day and adapting to the week with still aiming for targets by the end of the week. It is flexible and creates accountability which is half the battle!

Are you physically working out with me during online sessions?

Just like in person training, I am there to help guide you with a game plan, ensure proper form and safety along with teaching you. If you have no equipment or limited equipment, we worth with what you have and I am watching and guiding during the session.

Can i pause my coaching after I sign up if something comes up?

This should be viewed as a lifestyle change even if you have a specific fitness deadline to meet. Pausing is like looking at health through the scope of a hobby. This is not an on or off switch and my mission is to help educate you to learn how to adapt and control the controllable. If there is a. major injury that causes inability to follow a program we can discuss an action plan.

I have injury or some former injury. Can I still be coachable?

This is even more reason to have assistance to prevent future injury! As long as you are released to train from a Doctor or Physical Therapist, it is crucial to get strong and support your joints and skeletal system. We will work together to create a plan of success at the fitness level you can attain with progressions along the way,

I am really busy and not sure how I can fit this in?

I get it! We all have busy lives and different requirements whether it be family, careers, leisure, and the unknowns. Learning how to create boundaries, time block, and fit the right training and daily habits will actually help you enhance performance in all other areas of life. Having an all or nothing mindset is a plan for failure, but by seeing how small changes can compound and create results through action, you will feel and see the difference you are proud of!
